Established in 2001, Pacific Dawn is a family owned and operated company providing professional, ethical and personal service to our clients. We currently manage a portfolio consisting of commercial, retail, industrial and residential properties.

At Pacific Dawn Asset & Property Management Services Inc., we manage properties from an owner’s point of view. To an owner, property management is not an end in itself but rather a means of preserving and increasing the value of a property by physical maintenance and improvements and by maximizing the net income. Our clients are not a number to us; we are a unique property management company, not one of the big boys, nor are we striving to be one. The principals of the company communicate directly and personally with every client. We believe in building relationships through personal professional property management service.

Service is our main objective and focus for our clients and tenants. It is the one on one personal meeting between our company’s family owners and each of our clients that separate Pacific Dawn Management from other property management companies.
